Dr Jenny Ellison focuses on four main areas in her work.

Each of these services can be accessed in her Perth and Leederville locations or on-site at organisations.


Clinical & Counselling Psychology

Jenny is registered as a Clinical psychologist and trained as a Counselling psychologist with long term experience in treating a range of conditions with adult clients. She has experience in both individual and group therapy and work with clients in both long term and brief therapy frameworks.

Jenny welcomes referrals for individual therapy or couples counselling.


Her experience lies in areas such as:

  • Relationship and couple therapy

  • interpersonal skills

Organisational Psychology

Jenny has a Masters in organisational psychology and long term experience in helping managers and employees manage workplace issues and conflict in the workplace. She has a wide network of organisational consultants and medical specialists that she partners with to provide practical services which are tailored to promote individual and organisational resilience.

Jenny’s PhD thesis was on “Personality and workplace conflict” and has presented papers on my research at the National Mediation conference in 2008 ; LEADR conferences in 2009, 2011, and 2013; the APEAR (Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Rountable) conference in Melbourne; and the International Conference of Bullying and Harassment at University of Milan, Italy by the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment in June 2014.


She combines her professional and organisational experience to provide a holistic service in the workplace. These services include:

  • Coaching for executives and senior managers

  • Conflict resolution and workplace mediation

  • Return to work programs for mental health issues

  • Fitness for work recommendations

  • Psychological assessments

Jenny is a Psychology Board approved Supervisor for Clinical Endorsement for both Primary and Secondary supervision. She supervises students for their Clinical endorsement to develop the competencies required for registration and endorsement. She also enjoys supervision of students and colleagues for professional development to maintain, improve and broaden their knowledge, expertise and competence.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Jenny provides individual work to provide strategies and practical techniques to manage stress and clinical conditions such as anxiety and depression. In an organisational context , mindfulness strategies can be used as a valuable team building opportunity to improve communication and build resilience in both personal and work relationships.
