Meet Jenny
Jenny has worked in a clinical and organisational setting for most of her professional career. She has four main areas of focus.

Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching for individuals and groups.
She is an accredited workplace mediator who specialises in working with ‘Difficult personalities in the workplace’. Jenny has a PhD in Psychology. Her Thesis was on “Personality and workplace conflict” and she has presented papers on her research at the National Mediation conference in 2008; LEADR conferences in 2009, 2011, and 2013 the APEAR Conference in Melbourne; and the International Conference of Bullying and Harassment at University of Milan in June 2014.
ABOUT JENNY
Jenny’s experience and specialisation in work place settings has led her to believe that everyone should thrive and remain resilient at work. She specialises in promoting wellness in the workplace. In her spare time Jenny loves spending time with her family, friends and pets, as well as cooking, yoga, and meditation.
